Employees are valuable workers

I read books on leadership and personal finance and I thought I would share some quotes every once in awhile with you all.  I did not make up these quotes but read them in random books.

“Value People.
Praise Effort.
Reward Performance.”

I personally think anyone who is a business leader and owner if they follow these principals can have a ton of success and keep their employees dedicated and excited about what they are doing in the work place.
